Brooklyn Projects Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $149.

Carriers Brooklyn Projects ships via USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL depending on your location and order size.

Expedited Shipping Expedited shipping options are available at checkout at the customer's expense. Expedited orders are still subject to our 2-3 business day processing time before shipment.

International Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties and taxes imposed by their country. Brooklyn Projects is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

PO Boxes We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Brooklyn Projects is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Brooklyn Projects is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
